When you create an account we collect your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number and business name.

When you enrol in a program we keep a record of your enrolment, your progress and your order details. Card details are handled by our payment partners, not by us.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working well.

To give you access to the programs you enrol in and track your progress and certificates.

To send you information about your account, your programs and webinars you register for.

To respond to your enquiries and improve our courses and website.

We only send marketing emails where you have asked to hear from us. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email, and this does not affect emails about programs you have paid for.

We share data only with the service providers that run our platform, payments, email and analytics, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Access to your account requires your password. Student records are protected by database access rules so that you can only see your own data, and payment records are written only by our servers after payment is confirmed.

We keep your account and learning records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only where we need to for legal or accounting reasons.

You can view and update your profile at any time in your dashboard. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal data by emailing info@dorcasbusinessacademy.com.
