These terms govern your use of the Dorcas Business Academy website, our online programs and any related services. By creating an account or enrolling in a program, you agree to them.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person only and may not be shared.

Please tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account.

Once payment for a program is confirmed, you receive access to that program's materials for the period stated on the course page. Some programs release content on a schedule.

We may update or improve course materials at any time to keep them accurate and useful.

Prices are shown on each course page and are payable in the currency displayed. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

Refund eligibility is stated on the relevant course page. Where a program is described as non-refundable because materials are delivered immediately, that description applies.

If a paid program is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund or a transfer to another program, at your choice.

Course videos, templates, workbooks and written materials belong to Dorcas Business Academy. You may use them for your own business, but you may not resell, republish, record or redistribute them.

Our programs provide business education. They are not a guarantee of income or business results, which depend on your market, execution and circumstances.

Certificates are issued for eligible programs once the stated completion requirements are met. They confirm participation and completion, not professional licensing.

We may suspend or close an account that shares paid content, abuses other members, or breaches these terms.
